Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Store & Production Engineer who can manage both inventory operations and
production planning for electrical control and power panel manufacturing. This hybrid role requires technical
expertise in electrical systems and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth coordination between material
availability and production execution.
Key Responsibilities
Store Management
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming electrical components, sheet metal parts, and hardware.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or manual systems.
- Issue materials to production teams based on BOM and job orders.
- Organize and label stock for quick retrieval and minimize downtime.
- Monitor stock levels and initiate procurement requests to avoid shortages.
- Conduct periodic audits and reconcile inventory discrepancies.

Production Engineering
Plan and schedule production activities for control and power panels. Like PCC, MCC, Control PanelCoordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.Supervise panel assembly, wiring, and testing processes.Optimize workflow to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with quality standards and electrical codes (IEC, IS, etc.).Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.ISO DocumentationOperator Log Sheet Management.Planning Delivery SchedulePrepare The Inspection reportQualifications
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering / DEEE.2–5 years of experience in control panel manufacturing and store operations.Familiarity with electrical components like ACB, MCCBs, Contactors, PLCs, relays, and wiringaccessories.
