🚀 We’re Hiring : Senior Associate / AVP – Structured Finance & Syndication

Location : Mumbai

Experience : 2–5 years

Qualification : CA / MBA (Finance)

We are looking for a driven professional to join our Structured Finance & Syndication team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end debt syndication for NBFCs, HFCs, MFIs
Work across structured products – NCDs, PTCs, Direct Assignments
Prepare high-quality teasers, pitchbooks and presentations
Support deal structuring, modelling, documentation and execution
Coordinate with investors, rating agencies, trustees, legal counsel etc.
Build and maintain long-term relationships across the FI ecosystem

Preferred Experience

Exposure to NBFC / HFC / MFI / Banks / Mutual Funds / Insurance

Hands-on experience with NCD / PTC / DA transactions

Understanding of debt markets and FI asset classes

Ability to multitask & thrive in a fast-paced environment
