Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep expertise in the London Insurance Market and a proven track record of delivering data-centric projects within the General Insurance domain . This role will serve as a vital bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams—ensuring requirements are clearly captured, solutions align with business goals, and industry standards are adhered to.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements .
• Conduct workshops, interviews, and process analysis to understand current operations and identify improvements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and data models .
• Partner with development, data engineering, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented effectively.
• Support UAT planning & execution including test case design, execution oversight, and defect management.
• Analyze and optimize workflows across underwriting, claims, policy administration, and finance .
• Lead initiatives in data migration, cleansing, and system integration during system transitions.
• Drive decommissioning of legacy platforms and support migration to modern Policy Administration Systems (PAS) .
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, data governance, and quality standards .
