About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong expertise in process management, process improvement, and operational change within an IT services environment . This role will be central to enhancing how we deliver technology and business services by optimizing workflows, improving operational efficiency, and supporting digital transformation initiatives.

You will partner with technical teams, service owners, and business stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and standardized processes that drive service quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Process Management

• Analyze existing IT and business processes across service delivery, project delivery, and operational support functions.
• Support Design and document optimized, future-state processes aligned with ITIL, ISO, or internal operational frameworks.
• Create and maintain process documentation across all hierarchical levels (value stream → end-to-end → subprocess → activity level → SOP level).
