Sr. Site engineer- Real-estate

We are seeking a Sr. Site Engineer to assist the senior project engineer / project manager in the delivery of real estate projects. You will be responsible for thoroughly interpreting drawings and specifications, preparing accurate quantities and material lists, and monitoring task-level schedules. This role requires a professional with a civil engineering degree or diploma, a minimum of 4 years of experience in Mumbai real estate high-rise projects, and a quality-oriented approach to RCC and finishes.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Project Assistance : Assist the senior project engineer / project manager in the successful delivery of the project.
• Technical Interpretation : Be thorough in the interpretation of drawings and specifications, paying close attention to detailing.
• Material Management : Prepare accurate quantities and material lists, and ensure timely material requisitions.
• Quality Assurance : Maintain a quality-oriented approach in RCC (Reinforced Cement Concrete) and finishes.
• Scheduling : Prepare and monitor task-level schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
