Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer, based in Mumbai. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day renovation / repairs / finishes activities, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with consultants and other team members. Responsibilities also include structural engineering tasks, renovation and finishes or MEP and managing on-site operations, and communication with various stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in on-site operations and management
• Strong communication skills
• Quality control and assurance experience
• Expertise in structural engineering OR MEP OR Finishes
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering / proficiency in Finishes or related field
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
