UIUX Design Team Lead (Urgent)

Functional Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end UX design process – from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping (Figma)
• Design wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile platforms
• Define and maintain information architecture and UX documentation
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and tech teams to ensure feasible, user-centered solutions
• Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback
• Manage and mentor a team of UX designers and researchers
