UI UX Designer (Figma)

Job Summary : We're seeking a talented Figma Designer with a strong portfolio in creating visually stunning and high-converting landing pages and emails. You'll play a key role in designing user-centered experiences that drive results, with a focus on our real estate and home services initiatives. While your core expertise will be in Figma for landing page and email design, a solid understanding of basic graphic design principles and proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator will be a significant plus.

Responsibilities :

• Design and develop visually appealing and responsive landing pages with a focus on conversion optimization (primary focus).
• Create engaging, effective & responsive email templates that align with marketing campaigns (primary focus).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, development) to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize designs and improve user experience on landing pages.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, AI tools, especially in real estate digital marketing, and best practices for conversion.
• Contribute to basic graphic design tasks, including creating web banners and other visual assets as needed.
