Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter who specializes in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time roles under W2 / FULLTIME / C2C employment. The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the US recruitment process, tax terms, and a strong network in the US IT market.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various IT positions across multiple clients in the US.
- Work extensively on W2 / FULLTIME / C2C hiring — identify and recruit candidates who can work directly on W2 / FULLTIME / C2C without sponsorship.
- Utilize job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media for candidate sourcing.
- Conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and availability.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Delivery Leads to understand client requirements.
- Negotiate pay rates with candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and pipeline for future openings.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants and clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Meet daily / weekly targets related to submissions, interviews, and closures.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).Minimum 3 years of experience in US IT recruitment, with solid exposure to W2 / FULLTIME / C2C, C2C, and 1099 hiring models.In-depth understanding of US Tax Terms, Visa classifications (US Citizen, GC, H1B, TN, OPT, CPT), and compliance.Experience recruiting for Implementation Partners, Direct Clients.Excellent sourcing skills using portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using ATS systems (like Ceipal, JobDiva, Bullhorn, etc.).Must be willing to work in US time zones (EST / CST / PST).Preferred Skills (Good to Have) :
Familiarity with VMS systems (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.).Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.Prior experience mentoring junior recruiters is a plus.Compensation & Benefits :
