The role requires proven expertise in handling end-to-end IT recruitment, stakeholder management, and closing critical positions within timelines. Key Responsibilities :

• Handle the full recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver quality talent pipelines.
• Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
• Assess candidates’ technical and cultural fit for the organization.
• Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and reports for tracking and analysis.
