As a Senior Recruiter, you will play a key role in connecting top IT talent with leading organizations across the United States while collaborating closely with Account Managers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals (LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, ZipRecruiter, etc.), referrals, and internal databases.
- Understand client job requirements and identify the best talent fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviews, negotiations, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure timely and quality candidate delivery.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates and consultants.
- Maintain accurate and updated data in ATS and daily reports.
Requirements
Experience : 3–5 years in US IT Recruitment with solid understanding of W2, C2C, H1B, OPT, and GC hiring models.Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Shift : Willingness to work in US time zones (EST / PST) .Strong negotiation skills, with a people-first and result-oriented mindset .What We Offer
