Position : Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Aluminum Fabrication Expert

Experience Required : 5-6 years in manufacturing operations, preferably in aluminum fabrication or heavy fabrication

Role Overview

The Engineer / Sr. Engineer – Aluminum Fabrication will support and execute aluminum fabrication and welding activities, ensuring product quality, adherence to standards and efficient shop-floor operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Review of drawing, preparing query log, preparing PFD, SOP for Aluminum fabricated jobs
• Knowledge of Al grades and care for material preparation and welding challenges
• Execute aluminum welding and fabrication operations as per drawings and quality standards.
• Support development and implementation of WPS / PQR and ensure compliance with standards (AWS / EN / ISO).
• Operate and monitor TIG / MIG welding processes;

ensure correct fit-up and dimensional accuracy.
