Senior Machinery Specialist

Qualification : BE (Electrical) / Diploma

Experience : 5-6 years

Job profile :

Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain various machines including ovens (heating systems), CO₂ welding equipment, testing machines, laser marking systems, hydraulic presses up to 200 tons, material dispensing machines, SPMs, performance test benches, magnetisers, CNC machines, balancing machines, and conveyorized systems.

Read and interpret machine function documents, electrical circuits, and engineering drawings.

Perform PLC program understanding, fault finding, and work with LabVIEW-readable software.

Conduct breakdown analysis, Why-Why analysis, preventive and predictive maintenance to improve MTTR and MTBF.

Implement and support TPM culture (1S, 2S, Kaizen) across the shop floor.

Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, EMS, and OH&S system requirements.
