Job Summary :

We are seeking a .NET Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise-level projects on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in .NET development and architecture, combined with proven skills in Agile project management, stakeholder communication, and technical leadership. You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud-based solutions, ensuring code quality, system scalability, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end delivery of .NET and Azure-based projects in an Agile / Scrum environment.
• Define project scope, timelines, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to business requirements.
• Oversee Azure deployments including Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Key Vault, ADF, and related services.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to enforce design best practices, SOLID principles, and microservices architecture standards.
• Conduct technical reviews on GitHub pull requests, focusing on code quality, redundancy elimination, logic clarity, security, and maintainability.
• Ensure CI / CD pipelines are optimized and integrated with Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions for automated deployments.
• Drive effective collaboration using Jira (project tracking) and Confluence (documentation).
• Mentor team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and system security practices.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Maintain risk logs, sprint reports, and project documentation for visibility at the management level.
