Senior.NET Engineer (SME & Team Trainer)

We are seeking a Senior .NET Engineer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to join our team as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Team Trainer . This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional who not only excels in advanced .NET development but also enjoys mentoring, guiding, and upskilling the internal development team to deliver high-quality enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a .NET SME & technical mentor for the internal engineering team.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions, technical deep-dives, and Q&A workshops .
• Train and guide team members on real-world .NET scenarios, including :
• System design, API optimization, cloud migration, debugging, and code reviews .
• Deliver structured training on enterprise application pillars , including :
• .NET Core / .NET 6+
• ASP.NET Core MVC, Web API, Blazor
• SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, LINQ
• Frontend integration with Angular / React
• Unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, Moq)
• CI / CD pipelines
• Mentor the team on best practices in design patterns, scalability, and performance tuning .
• Share insights from industry experience to bridge the gap between theory and practice for the internal team.
