Office Location- E-wing Office, Unit No7, 5th Floor. Times Square Premises, CTS No 758 / 759 opp Mittal Industrial State, Marol Andhere (E), Mumbai.

Core Responsibilities :

Design, install, and maintain IT infrastructure for both company offices and vessels, including networks, servers, hardware, software, and cloud services (Azure and AWS).

Configure and manage firewalls, network devices, and access controls.

Diagnose and resolve network, system, and application issues promptly and effectively.

Provide technical support for end-users across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS, and mobile devices).

Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support business operations.

Document network configurations, topologies, and policies for audits and future reference.

Monitor performance of networks and systems, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations.

Key Skills :

Proficiency in networking hardware, operating systems, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).

Strong knowledge of network security protocols, firewalls, and best practices.

Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills for complex technical issues.

Familiarity with cloud networking, hybrid environments, and virtualization technologies.

Effective communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical staff and management.

Basic knowledge of scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or Bash).
