Job descriptionMCA / BE (Computers). 10–12 years in IT Infra management with 3+ years in managerial roles. Expertise in storage, networks, servers, backup, DR. Strong hands-on with firewalls (Sophos, Fortinet), Cisco switches, AD, DNS / DHCP. Cloud experience (AWS, Office 365, VMware) preferred. Knowledge of databases, web / app servers an advantage. Strong project management, process automation, and compliance exposure.
We are seeking a highly skilled Infra Manager - IT to lead our IT infrastructure initiatives. The role involves end-to-end management of IT infra, including networks, servers, cloud, endpoint security, compliance, and vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead IT infrastructure management, security, and endpoint administration.
- Develop and implement IT infra strategies, SOPs, and policies.
- Ensure compliance with SEBI and regulatory IT governance.
- Manage MSPs for effective service delivery.
- Plan and execute patch management (ManageEngine Endpoint Central).
- Coordinate & remediate VAPT findings.
- Design and maintain disaster recovery (DR) and BCP plans.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle, procurement, and licensing.
- Handle servers, switches, firewalls, storage, and virtualization.
- Manage cloud infra (AWS, Office 365, VMware).
- Implement endpoint security (Trend Micro, SIEM, Sectona PAM, Dark Web Monitoring).
- Support cybersecurity audits (ISO, SEBI, SOC 2).
