Role & responsibilities
- To handle behavioral training programs for Sobha employees at L1 L2 & L3 levels pan India.(Junior staff to Sr. Manager level), if needed, for AGM and above as a need-based sessions.
- To design new content as and when the need arises.
- To conduct post effectiveness evaluation for all planned behavioral training programs.
- To provide inputs to training coordinators in preparing quarterly behavioral training calendar and other training processes.
- To assist RA to design, need based training programs.
- To conduct Training need analysis by coordinating with Department heads from time to time to understand the relevant training requirements and designing the need-based content suiting to the organizational requirement
