Responsibilities : Sales :

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and regions.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and meetings to generate and convert leads.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Present service offerings to clients and develop customized proposals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure successful service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
