Payroll Specialist

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll across multiple countries. This role involves working closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure compliance with international payroll regulations data integrity and continuous process improvement.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes globally ensuring accuracy compliance and timely delivery
• Validate payroll inputs including time & attendance.
• Liaise with third-party payroll providers to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
• Communicate effectively with clients to resolve payroll-related queries
• Collaborate with internal teams including HR finance and IT to streamline payroll operations
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll service delivery
• Ensure confidentiality and security of payroll data at all times
