Salesforce Expertise & AdministrationServe as the primary Salesforce Subject Matter Expert overseeing system configuration customization and and implement Salesforce workflows automations dashboards and reports to improve productivity and visibility across with IT and cross-functional departments to integrate Salesforce with other enterprise tools (e.g. marketing automation ERP analytics).Ensure data integrity user adoption and best practices within the Salesforce user training sessions and workshops to upskill the sales team and improve CRM current on Salesforce updates new features and best Management & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute sales strategies and plans aligned with company coach and motivate the sales team to achieve revenue targets and pipeline performance forecast accuracy and conversion metrics using Salesforce with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation nurturing and conversion and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key opportunities to leverage Salesforce for customer retention upselling and cross-selling.
