Operations

The Event Operations executive executes events while ensuring that all logistic requirements are carried out according to the event plans. He / she will be managing the event plans and will work closely with the other departments to make sure that all the operational requirements of the events are fulfilled.

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 10-12 years

Required skills / experience :

Must possess excellent problem-solving skills

Should be able to react quickly to deviations in the event plans

Job responsibilities :

Collaborate internally with various stakeholders

Manage the execution of event logistics plans to support project plans

Lead negotiations with Vendors

Conducting a recce and preparing layouts

Manage escalated on-site issues

Review vendors based on quotations obtained for provisions of goods and services

Review vendors' project deliverables to ensure quality standards
