Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant
As an Oracle Fusion SCM Consultant at Convelox, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality Oracle Fusion Supply Chain Management solutions to our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand business needs, configure Oracle applications, and drive successful implementations across the full project lifecycle.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 68 years of relevant experience in Oracle SCM Cloud implementations.
- Must have led or participated in 23 full lifecycle implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live and post-production support.
- Strong understanding of core supply chain business processes and best practices.
- Deep functional expertise in :
1. Oracle Fusion Procurement (Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts)
2. Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (Item Master, Inventory Transactions, Lot / Serial Control, Cycle Counting)
3. Oracle Fusion Cost Management (Costing Methods, Cost Elements, Rollups, Inventory Valuation)
Strong grasp of integration points across Procurement, Inventory, Cost Management, and Finance modules.Experience in other SCM modules like Order Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance Cloud, etc is a plusExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to design third party integrations, extensions, reports that are needed for project from functional perspective are a must.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.Proficient in written and verbal communication, including clear documentation and presentation skills.Roles & Responsibilities :
Serve as the functional expert and primary liaison between business users and the technical / project team.Work independently to manage multiple task assignments and timelines.Lead and support business users during implementation and support phases.Conduct Fit-Gap analysis based on business requirements and recommend appropriate configurations or process adjustments.Prepare detailed business requirement documents, functional specifications, and other relevant documentation.Actively participate in solution design, demonstration, development, testing, and implementation of Oracle SCM modules.Develop project artifacts including :1. Solution Designs
2. Setup and Configuration Documents
3. SIT / UAT Test Scripts
4. Training Materials
Ensure deliverables align with business needs and user specifications.Collaborate across teams to provide holistic and integrated solutions.Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), respond to user queries, and resolve issues promptly.Provide ongoing user training, develop training materials and user manuals.Offer configuration suggestions for optimal Oracle application utilization.Report daily activities against agreed plans and schedules.(ref : hirist.tech)
