I. Position Summary
Service Support Lead / Manager play a crucial role in –
o Managing Customer support operations
o Ensure all client specific records are compliant with regulatory standards.
o Should work on high quality and timely completion of all client-level due diligence requirements at the onset and renewal of client relationships.
o Must deliver great customer service standards to define, analyze, to resolve queries and escalations.

Degree : Bachelor Master
Work Experience
1. Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in an Insurance domain
2. Insurance certification – good to have
3. Transition / onboarding of service - good to have
4. SPOC - Single Point of Contact role for operations - good to have
