Job descriptionMaintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business. Act as the primary point of contact for service-related queries and technical clarifications. Conduct regular visits to key accounts to enhance engagement and introduce new offerings. Develop and execute structured route plans and daily call schedules. Monitor competitor activities and gather market insights for internal reporting. Participate in CMEs, physician engagement programs, and local marketing events. Collaborate with Phlebotomy, Logistics, Customer Support, and Laboratory teams to ensure smooth service delivery. Address and resolve client concerns related to sample collection, turnaround time, quality, and billing. Follow up on outstanding payments from credit clients and ensure timely reconciliation. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and follow-ups using CRM / MIS tools. Submit daily activity reports and territory performance summaries to the Area Business Manager. Participate in team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Strong consultative sales capabilities in healthcare services. Sound understanding of diagnostic tests and healthcare workflows. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric approach with a focus on service excellence. Proven ability to meet sales targets and manage territory operations effectively. Bachelor’s degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or a related field. 2–4 years of field sales experience in diagnostics, pharmaceuticals, pathology labs, or healthcare. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms (preferred). Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.

Position Summary
Torrent Diagnostics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead revenue growth and market expansion across assigned geographies. The incumbent will be responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, promoting diagnostic services, and ensuring seamless service delivery through cross-functional coordination. This role demands strategic planning, client engagement, and field-level execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and onboard new clients including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers.
- Promote specialized diagnostic tests (e.g., pathology, molecular, preventive, oncology) to drive test adoption.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets and maintain daily activity KPIs.
