Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operations Excellence role to lead multi-site operations, drive operational excellence, and deliver sustainable profitability. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in greenfield / brownfield project execution, manufacturing strategy, planning, quality and automation and especially within the jewellery, automotive, heavy engineering, or similar precision-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Operations

• Lead and manage end-to-end operations across multi-location units.
• Align manufacturing operations with business objectives to improve cost-efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
• Develop and implement comprehensive manufacturing and business strategies.
• Successfully execute Greenfield / Brownfield projects from concept to commissioning.

2. Operational Excellence & Systems

o Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Multi-skilling, etc.
