Role Overview :

We are looking for a Senior HR professional to lead our HR and Admin functions end-to-end. You will manage payroll, statutory compliance, talent acquisition, employee engagement, L&D, and office administration while mentoring a junior HR executive.

What You’ll Do :

Lead HR operations, payroll, and statutory compliance.

Build and implement HR policies, processes, and MIS dashboards.

Drive talent acquisition and retention initiatives.

Mentor and guide junior HR staff.

Oversee office administration, facilities, and vendor management.

Act as a key interface with stakeholders and clients.

What We’re Looking For :

6–7 years of HR experience as a generalist with payroll & statutory compliance knowledge.

Strong understanding of Indian labor laws (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus, TDS, Shops & Establishments, POSH).

Experience in setting up HR processes, policies, and HRMS / payroll platforms.

Hands-on experience in office admin / facilities management.

Excellent communication skills; professional demeanor and stakeholder management.

Bachelor’s degree; MBA / PGDM in HR is a plus.
