We are looking for a data driven and results-oriented professional to drive & execute growth initiatives for the UPI Business within Payments. As Manager Payments Growth you will be responsible for managing UPI market share (P2P P2M Merchant & Bank Partnerships) and growth of UPI based products such as AutoPay Scan & Pay etc. for the largest UPI player in India.

This is a high-impact role that requires :

a) First principle thinking business & category understanding

b) Strong Business acumen & analytics skills

c) Product led Growth Mindset

d) Strong Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills

e) Strong execution rigour

f) Exposure and Knowledge of Payments and Fintech is a plus point

You will work cross-functionally collaborating with teams across Product Business Finance Analytics Tech Legal and Marketing to drive impact.

Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience working on growth strategies customer retention product led growth etc.

Education : MBA from Tier 1 college (Preferred)
