Manager - Pre Payments and Accruals

Job Description

• Lead and manage the Pre payments and Accruals accounting team responsible for accurate US GAAP and IFRS Accounting standards.
• Oversee monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls.
• Optimize systems like Oracle, CoStar, and BlackLine while driving continuous improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and auditors to support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Foster team development through coaching, performance management, and strategic leadership.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Manager should have :

• Professional certification such as CA, CMA, or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience in financial analysis and reporting within the Engineering Industry.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
