As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Supervisor with a Flight Dispatch License (preferred) to lead and support our operations team in delivering efficient and safe flight support services.
Position Overview
The Operations Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing the daily operations of our trip support and dispatch team. You will ensure that all missions are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with international aviation standards. Working closely with internal departments, clients, and vendors, you will also mentor junior operations staff and serve as the point of contact during irregular operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the flight dispatch and trip support teams.
Provide technical oversight for flight planning, route analysis, overflight / landing permits, NOTAMs, slots, weather briefings, and ground handling coordination.
Ensure that all dispatch-related activities comply with regulatory requirements and company SOPs.
Act as the shift lead, providing support and guidance during complex or time-sensitive operations.
Coordinate with global authorities, service providers, and clients to ensure timely and compliant mission execution.
Train and mentor junior dispatchers and coordinators; assist in onboarding new team members.
Prepare flight packages for accuracy and completeness.
Identify and escalate operational risks or irregularities in real time.
Participate in internal audits, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Flight Dispatch License (DGCA, FAA, EASA, GCAA, or equivalent recognized certification).
4+ years of experience in flight operations, dispatch, or trip support
Solid understanding of international aviation regulations, airspace structures, and trip planning.
Experience with flight planning and dispatch software (e.g., ARINC, PPS, Jeppesen, RocketRoute, etc.).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a 24 / 7 operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior supervisory or team lead experience in a similar role.
Familiarity with business aviation operations and client service standards.
Multilingual skills are an asset.
