Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential students and their parents, providing information about our educational programs, answering queries, and persuading them to enroll. The Telecaller will also need to maintain accurate call records, follow up on leads, and assist in achieving enrollment targets. Additionally, the role includes tasks such as attending team meetings, participating in training sessions, and updating the database with relevant information.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including fluency in both English and Hindi
• Excellent telephone etiquette and persuasive skills
• Experience in customer service or telesales
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using CRM software
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus
• Passion for education and a commitment to promoting equal access to educational opportunities
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude
