We need a Performance Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist with 5–7 years of experience who can own the full funnel : strategy, execution, and optimisation. Someone who knows how to make ads work harder, who reads data like a story, and who can turn campaigns into qualified pipelines.
What you'll do
- Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms
- Build lead generation strategies that consistently fill the pipeline with high-quality prospects
- Manage budgets, track ROI, and push campaigns to deliver more with less
- Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with business goals and conversion targets
- Experiment with new formats, creatives, and channels to keep performance ahead of the curve
- Build reporting systems that highlight not just numbers, but insights
