Create, edit, and format proposal drafts and other sales collateral in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint with speed and accuracyAssist with managing the proposal team s project queue including reviewing incoming project support requests, taking the lead on complex requests, clarifying details and timing related to scheduling as needed, and connecting the appropriate resourceSupport the proposal editing and finalization process for simple projects or during high-volume periods when requiredProactively communicate with client service and proposal team members across matters including project deadlines, status updates, and other workflow questionsUnderstand the firm s service offerings and implement quality control standards related to formatting, writing style, grammar and spelling, and brand look and feelProvide onboarding, mentorship, and ongoing training to junior team members as neededAssist with updating and maintaining proposal content, including boilerplate descriptions and resumesProactively explore and embrace technology and tools used by the proposal and sales teamsOther projects as assignedQualifications :
- Bachelor s degree
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Well-motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal and client-service skills
- Ability to effectively interact and communicate with employees and leaders at all levels within the firm, displaying good judgment
- High attention to detail and accuracy; with strong proofreading skills
