Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment.Proven ability to hire for diverse roles.Strong sourcing skills using platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and meet deadlines.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.High level of ownership and proactive approach to problem-solving.
