Install and configure software, hardware, and networks.Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.Ensure the security of systems by implementing security tools, policies, and procedures.Perform regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in systems such as Active Directory.Maintain and update technical documentation.Assist with software upgrades, patches, and system updates.Monitor network infrastructure and resolve connectivity issues.Support end-users with hardware, software, and system-related issues.Collaborate with IT staff on projects, upgrades, and system improvements.Requirements : Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash).Familiarity with virtualization and containerization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V, Docker).Knowledge of security practices and tools (e.g., firewalls, antivirus, SIEM).Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, RHCSA, or equivalent are a plus.Preferred Skills : Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).Familiarity with Linux and Windows Server environments.Understanding of DevOps tools and practices.Window, Linux, Office365, Unix
