Job descriptionTrack operational parameters and maintain process efficiency. Adjust process variables to optimize production and ensure quality standards. Analyze trends and provide recommendations for process improvements. Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and operational regulations. Conduct risk assessments and take preventive measures to avoid accidents. Follow SOPs, emergency procedures, and operational protocols at all times. Maintain accurate logs of operational activities, process changes, and incidents. Prepare shift reports and communicate key information to management and other shifts. Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues. Train and mentor junior operators to enhance team competency. Support process improvement initiatives and technical projects. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field. 7–12 years of experience as a DCS Operator in industrial plants (power, chemical, oil & gas, or manufacturing). Strong knowledge of DCS systems, process instrumentation, and control operations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Proficiency in monitoring tools, reporting systems, and MS Office.

- Monitor plant processes and equipment using the DCS system.
- Operate, control, and regulate plant processes to maintain production targets.
- Respond to alarms and abnormal situations promptly and take corrective actions.
