Your profile (Skills & qualifications) Degree in user experience design, interface / interaction design, communication design, visual design, product design or a related field At least 10 years of professional experience in designing enterprise products Impressive portfolio that shows a spectrum of creative design solutions Confidence in using common design, prototyping, and collaboration tools, such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Miro Excellent understanding of basic design principles, user research and human interaction principles A strong user and goal orientation, strong communication and presentation skills

Team player able to work efficiently with other team members, at the same time should be able to work self-organized and in a well-structured way You are open-minded, creative, empathetic and have the ability to solve problems proactively Basic knowledge of web technologies and current trends in modern software development Very good language skills in English Your responsibilities and tasks Identify design problems and devise easy-to-use and understandable solutions for complex product requirements focusing on user needs. Plan and conduct user research activities such as interviews, surveys, and usability tests. Create wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts, including icons, graphics, and layout design, adhering to brand design system. Design digital interfaces with the highest visual standards, taking usability and accessibility into account. Actively contribute to building and maintenance of the brand design system. Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements and improvements. Support internal and external partners as a recognized design expert for the involved projects. Lead and moderate workshops and trainings in the context of user experience and confidently present to stakeholders. Work closely with software developers, product owners, cross-functional stakeholders, and among others (mainly based in Germany, Bulgaria, and India
