Key Responsibilities :
- User-Centered Design : Thoughtfully contribute to the design of simple, effective, and elegant interactions between users and our products, focusing on clarity and ease of use.
- Problem Definition & Metrics : Create strong problem statements and define relevant metrics to ensure design solutions are achieving the desired business and user outcomes.
- UX / UI Design : Apply solid capabilities in UX creative and design techniques to develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- User Research : Facilitate and summarize user research activities, including field studies and in-person or remote evaluative testing, to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Agile Collaboration : Seamlessly integrate into an agile development process, collaborating closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the design, development, and delivery of software.
- Cross-Functional Partnership : Forge strong relationships and work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, providing sound rationale for design recommendations to gain their support and commitment.
- Adaptability : Capably manage ambiguity, change, and uncertainty, focusing on the information at hand to make good and timely decisions that effectively keep work moving forward.

Bachelor's or Master's degree Computer Science or related disciplines.4-5+ years of professional experience working in digital product design.Solid capability in UX creative and design techniques, including user flows, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.Experience facilitating and summarizing user research as part of field studies and in-person or remote evaluative testing.Understanding of how to work within an agile development process for the design, development, and delivery of software.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Miro).A portfolio demonstrating your design process and outcomes is highly recommende(ref : hirist.tech)
