Support software creation for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environments.Execute SIT and UAT test cases at customer locations and submit daily test execution reports to NCR and the bank.Track, report, and manage issues through the JIRA tool , including experience in logging and monitoring bugs.Raise ATM software-related issues with the Level 1 Software Support Team , coordinate troubleshooting, and ensure issue resolution.Participate in customer-facing meetings to address issues or queries related to production ATM environments.Coordinate with internal NCR teams to resolve ATM production issues efficiently and professionally.Skills Required
