Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Engineer to join our Field Services Sales team based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales, with a proven track record in managing electrical products or solutions in the Telengana and Andhra Pradesh market. This role reports to the Regional Manager - South at our Indelec India Head Office.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in managing sales of electrical products / solutions within a reputable organization.
• Demonstrated experience in handling business-to-business (B2B) sales, with a focus on managing a defined sales territory.
• Proven ability to manage and guide downline sales teams.
• Strong network and contacts with Electrical Consultants and Contractors in the region are mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Must be willing and able to travel extensively
