Senior Performance Marketing Manager
to join our team onsite in Bangalore — someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and has a strong command of all things
performance marketing.
Role Overview : The
Senior Performance Marketing Manager
will be responsible for planning, executing, managing, and optimizing high-performance digital campaigns across platforms like
Google Ads ,
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) , and
LinkedIn Ads . You will lead full-funnel campaign strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) while integrating
ATL ,
BTL , and
TTL
methodologies. Your goal : drive high-quality traffic, conversions, and business growth for our clients.
This role requires strong technical knowledge, creative thinking, analytical skills, and experience working directly with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities :
Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and implement
full-funnel digital marketing strategies
(TOFU, MOFU, BOFU) tailored to each stage of the customer journey.
Plan and execute campaigns across
Google Ads ,
Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) , and
LinkedIn Ads , with advanced segmentation and audience targeting.
Integrate
ATL (Above the Line) ,
BTL (Below the Line) , and
TTL (Through the Line)
marketing techniques into digital media planning.
Create scalable strategies for both
lead generation
and
e-commerce / conversion-driven
campaigns.
Ensure proper UTM tagging, tracking, and attribution are in place for accurate campaign performance insights.
Analytics, Optimization & Budgeting
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics :
CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, CVR , and
LTV .
Perform A / B testing across creatives, landing pages, and ad copy to optimize campaign performance.
Build and manage ad budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI and low cost-per-acquisition.
Use
Google Analytics ,
Google Tag Manager ,
Looker Studio , and CRM data for data-driven decision-making.
Apply
attribution modeling
(last-click, data-driven, linear, etc.) to assess true campaign performance across the funnel.
Creative & Ad Copy Strategy
Collaborate with content and design teams to develop compelling
ad creatives and ad copy
for multiple personas and funnel stages.
Bring a creative and data-backed approach to messaging, layout, and design that drives engagement and conversions.
Provide strategic input on
ad copywriting , creative testing, and messaging optimization.
Client Communication & Reporting
Serve as a senior-level point of contact for client accounts, aligning marketing strategies with client goals.
Deliver
monthly and quarterly performance reports , insights, and strategic recommendations.
Advise clients on opportunities, new strategies, and channel expansion based on campaign performance data.
Team Collaboration & Innovation
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, SEO, content, dev) to align campaign strategies with broader digital marketing goals.
Keep up with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure campaigns stay ahead of the curve.
Contribute to the creation and improvement of internal SOPs, workflows, and reporting templates.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :
Platform & Technical Expertise
5+ years of hands-on experience
in performance marketing within an agency or fast-paced environment.
Proven success with
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) ,
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) , and
LinkedIn Ads .
Proficient in campaign setup, advanced audience targeting, bid strategy selection, and scaling.
Experience with
remarketing ,
dynamic ads , and
custom / conversion audiences .
Strong understanding of
Google Analytics (GA4) ,
Google Tag Manager , and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Comfortable using
data visualization tools
(e.g., Looker Studio, Supermetrics)
Strategy & Funnel Understanding
Deep understanding of
TOFU, MOFU, BOFU
strategies for both B2B and B2C campaigns.
Strong grasp of
marketing funnel dynamics ,
customer journey mapping , and
lifecycle marketing .
Experience integrating
ATL, BTL, and TTL
strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Ad Copy & Creative Thinking
Experience in
conceptualizing and optimizing ad copy
that converts, for paid social and search platforms.
Ability to work with design and content teams to drive
creative testing
and
message-market fit .
Analytical & Optimization Skills
Strong analytical mindset — capable of interpreting data to drive decisions.
Ability to conduct
ROI analysis ,
budget forecasting , and
performance diagnostics .
Experience with
attribution modeling ,
multi-channel tracking , and
conversion rate optimization (CRO) .
Soft Skills & Leadership
Excellent communication and presentation skills — ability to explain complex data clearly to stakeholders and clients.
Strong project management and time management skills.
Experience mentoring junior team members or managing small teams is a plus.
