- Overall Experience : 5–7 years
- Domain Expertise : Trade Marketing
- Experience must include retail branding with hands-on exposure to execution of :
- ACP boards
- GSB boards
- Display walls
- Product display stands
- Must have worked on mass-scale retail formats (Kirana stores / Mom & Pop outlets), not limited modern trade or franchisee-driven formats.
- Ideal candidates should have executed branding in min 1,000–2,000 retail outlets annually.
Functional Skills
Retail Marketing :Deep understanding of ground-level retail branding and visibility execution.Proven experience in Kirana / mass retail outlet branding, including multi-state projects.Vendor Management :Hands-on experience in managing regional / national vendors for execution.Should have driven vendor negotiation, alignment, and quality control.Budget & P&L Exposure :Must have worked on budget planning, allocation, and tracking at a zonal / regional level.Familiarity with P&L impact of trade marketing activities.Team & Stakeholder Management
Should have managed or guided regional teams directly or indirectly.Experience in reporting to senior marketing or sales leadership (BTL Head / Zonal Marketing Manager / Regional Sales Manager).Not suitable : profiles limited to MIS, coordination roles, or purely execution follow-up without ownership.Geographical & Language Fit
Prior exposure to Southern states (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala) is good to haveProficiency in local languages (Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam) is a strong plus.Ability to travel extensively across these regions is a must.Skills Required
