We are seeking a sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be confident and assertive, with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Engage with potential customers through various channels to understand their needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients and address their inquiries promptly and professionally.

Performance Targets :

  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in energy efficiency.

    • Market Expertise :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and related technologies.
  • Provide clients with clear and accurate information about products and benefits.

    • Team Collaboration :

  • Work closely with the marketing, operations, and installation teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Qualifications & Skills :

  • Proven experience in sales, consultation, or a related role is required.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to build trust and rapport is necessary.
  • Self-motivation with a results-driven mindset is required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
