Role : High-Ticket Sales Coach

We're seeking an exceptional Sales Coach who can empower our Fitness & Health Coaches to become confident, high-ticket closers.

Your mission is to provide personalized guidance and support to help them achieve consistent sales success using proven frameworks and sales psychology.

You'll train, mentor, and track their progress – directly impacting their revenue growth and confidence.

• Funnels don't close deals. Ads don't close deals. People close deals.
• Many of our clients struggle with selling their premium offers.
• This role exists to hire a Sales Coach—to be the mentor who transforms nervous coaches into confident closers.

This isn't a theory or motivational pep talks. It's building closers in the trenches.

When coaches learn to sell, they stop undercharging.

When they sell with confidence, they scale their income.

You'll be the coach behind dozens of coaches – the reason they say : 'I became a closer because of my Sales Coach.'

The base salary is ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 per month after performance review. Commission includes 2% on client sales recovered through coaching, 5% on upsells, referrals directly influenced, and performance bonuses for client success milestones.

This role involves working remotely from Monday to Saturday, 10 AM – 8 PM IST (8 Hours flexible timings).

Growth path includes moving up to Senior Sales Coach, leading larger client groups, and higher base + bonus tiers.
