Roles & Responsibilities :
Curriculum Leadership : Lead the implementation and ongoing refinement of the School curriculum based on our innovative framework. Ensure curriculum design reflects the latest educational research, caters to diverse learning styles, and prepares students for future challenges.Educational Excellence : Provide strategic direction and instructional leadership to promote high academic standards and effective teaching practices across all grade levels.Teacher Development : Recruit, mentor, and support a talented team of educators. Foster a professional growth and collaboration culture to enhance teaching quality and student outcomes.Student Engagement and Support : Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment that supports every student's academic, social, and emotional development. Implement strategies to promote student engagement, well-being, and success.Community and Stakeholder Engagement : Build strong partnerships with parents, community organisations, and educational stakeholders to foster a supportive and enriching school community. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with school's academic goals and values.Operational Management : Oversee day-to-day school operations, including budget management, facilities maintenance, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure efficient use of resources to support educational goals and enhance the overall school experience.Continuous Improvement : Lead ongoing evaluation and improvement initiatives to enhance curriculum effectiveness, teaching quality, and overall school performance. Implement outreach programs, promotional campaigns, and community engagement efforts to increase school visibility and enrollment. Analyze enrollment trends and adjust strategies to meet school admission targets. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and manage the school's online presence.Qualifications :
Master’s degree or higher in Education or a related field10+ years of leadership experience in reputed K–12 schools, with strong exposure to international curricula (IB, IGCSE, or equivalent).Global perspective and ability to lead multicultural teams.Deep understanding of curriculum design, educational best practices, and innovative teaching methodologies.Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
