About the Role : We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Site Head to lead the sales operations and site management for our prestigious Real Estate client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in end-to-end sales closure, team management, channel partner engagement, and driving business growth in the competitive real estate market.
Job Location : Ghatkopar, Mumbai
Salary per month : Up to ₹80,000 per month
Qualification : Any Graduate
Experience : 5 plus years into Real Estate Sales
Working Days : Weekend Availability, Weekly Off Between Mon-Fri
Office Timings : 10 : 00 AM to 07 : 00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Strategy
- Target Achievement : Analyse business potential and implement strategic sales plans to drive channel sales and achieve predefined organizational targets.
- Sales Management : Set individual sales targets with the sales team and ensure their consistent achievement.
- Customer Engagement : Show properties to potential buyers and renters, demonstrating expertise in end-to-end closures, right from the initial pitch to complex negotiations and final deal closure.
- Market Analysis : Keep a constant eye on market trends using analytical tools and come up with new, innovative sales ideas and strategies.
- Reporting : Create, maintain, and ensure the timely submission of various types of daily sales reports.
Team & Site Leadership
Team Management : Effectively manage and lead the retail sales team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to maximize performance.Process Development : Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all sales and site-related activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.Deadline Management : Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines given by the management for every allocated task.Other Duties : May perform other duties as assigned by management relevant to site and sales operations.Channel Partner Engagement
Relationship Building : Play a key role during various stages of the channel partner engagement program and mentor team members to develop strong and long-term relationships.Event Planning : Strategically plan and execute Channel Partner meets on both small and large platforms to foster relationships and drive sales.Marketing & Networking
Lead Generation : Participate in various exhibitions and activities to generate leads for the company.Industry Presence : Represent the company by attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to build professional networks and stay abreast of sector developments.Qualifications & Skills
Experience : Proven experience in real estate sales with a strong focus on on-site sales and end-to-end closure processes. Experience in managing a retail sales team is essential.Leadership : Excellent team management, motivation, and leadership skills.Communication : Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical : Ability to use analytical tools for market research and sales reporting.Commitment : Highly organized and committed to meeting strict deadlines.
