AWS Solutions Architect – Serverless, Integration & Cloud Automation #Immediate Hiring

Location : Bengaluru

Work Timings : 9 am to 6 pm IST

Job Type : Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking an AWS Solutions Architect to design and implement scalable, event-driven, and secure solutions across our AWS environment. This role focuses on architecting cloud-native applications and services — leveraging Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, CloudFormation, and MSK — while collaborating with DevOps and security teams to ensure resilient and compliant delivery.

You will define the technical architecture, integration patterns, and automation blueprints that power our cloud platform. This is a hands-on architecture role suited for someone who enjoys solving complex design challenges and guiding engineering teams toward modern, serverless AWS solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

Design and document end-to-end AWS architectures for new and existing platforms using serverless and managed services.
Architect API-driven and event-based integrations using API Gateway, Lambda, and Amazon MSK (Kafka).
Define reference architectures, IaC templates, and reusable CloudFormation modules for multi-environment consistency.
Collaborate with the AWS Security Architect to embed IAM, Cognito, WAF, and Shield into the overall application design.
Evaluate AWS services (e.g., CloudFront,EventBridge,Cloudwatch) to modernize existing workflows.

Implementation & Automation

Partner with DevOps teams to automate provisioning and deployment via CloudFormation and Python / Shell scripting.

Guide development teams on implementing best practices for Lambda functions, API Gateway integration, and S3 usage.

Provide architectural governance for CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure rollout.

Scalability, Reliability & Cost Optimization

Define auto-scaling strategies, DR / backup architectures, and cross-region deployment patterns.

Perform architecture reviews to ensure compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework.

Continuously optimize cost, performance, and operational efficiency.

Collaboration & Technical Leadership

Conduct architecture reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions.

Support developers through technical mentoring and code / architecture reviews.

Core Skills & Experience

6+ years designing and delivering enterprise-grade AWS solutions.

Strong expertise in Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFormation, and MSK (Kafka).

Working knowledge of AWS Cognito, WAF, and IAM Identity Center

Experience designing event-driven and serverless architectures.

Familiarity with AWS services like RDS, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Timestream

Solid scripting in Python or Shell for automation and deployment.

Exposure to EKS or containerized workloads is a plus (collaboration with DevOps team).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred).

Proven track record in architecting production-grade AWS solutions in enterprise environments.

Strong understanding of CI / CD, infrastructure-as-code, and multi-account AWS strategies.
