Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Guest Relations Executive.

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for managing guest relations, communicating with patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service, and handling sales and receptionist duties.

The role requires ensuring a welcoming experience for all patients and visitors, managing appointments, and addressing any inquiries or concerns efficiently.

• Guest Relations and Customer Service skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Experience in Sales and Receptionist Duties
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and friendly demeanor
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Communications, or a related field is advantageous
