Guest Relations Specialist

to join our team. If you love travel, enjoy meaningful conversations, and have a knack for creating seamless guest experiences, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them via phone, email, and chat to find and book the perfect getaway.

Understand guest preferences and guide them through our unique collection of vacation homes.

Manage reservations, confirmations, and cancellations efficiently while ensuring a smooth booking process.

Coordinate with property owners to accommodate guest requests and special requirements.

Maintain up-to-date property details, availability, and rates in our reservation system.

Follow up with guests post-stay to gather feedback and enhance their future experiences.

Monitor booking trends and contribute ideas to improve guest satisfaction and occupancy rates.

What We’re Looking For

passionate learner

with 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel.

Excellent

communication and interpersonal skills —you should love engaging with people.

Ability to

multitask

and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A keen

eye for detail

and a problem-solving mindset.

Basic understanding of

marketing and negotiation techniques.

Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory, But a Plus!)

Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or the travel industry.

Familiarity with CRM systems and reservation platforms.

Knowledge of India’s travel landscape and vacation rental market.
