Senior Sales Executive – Construction & Building Materials Industry

RWS is a dynamic company whose trading division is focused on supplying components for steel buildings and metal roofs. We specialise in providing innovative solutions for metal building and roofing components.
Role Overview
This is a full-time field sales role focused on selling components for steel buildings and metal roofs specifically - roofing screws & fasteners, butyl tapes, foam closures, silicone / acrylic sealants, and related roofing accessories. The role involves frequent travel across Delhi NCR and Western UP (except Kanpur, Bareilly and North & Central UP). You will drive revenue, develop new clients, maintain key accounts, and provide product expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Sales
- Prospect and visit direct companies—no retail.
- Identify new business opportunities in PEB, roofing, and LGSF sectors.
- Generate leads, pitch products, and close deals.
- Meet monthly sales targets and expand territory presence.
2. Product Knowledge & Technical Understanding
Gain deep product expertise in :
Roofing Screws & Fasteners : SDS, STS, sheeting screws, decking screwsPebline : Butyl roofing tapes, foam closuresNippon : Silicone sealants, acrylic sealants3. Client & Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with existing and new customers.Engage with purchase heads, project managers, site engineers, and business owners.Conduct product demos and site visits as required.Maintain communication and ensure timely follow-up.4. Sales Operations & MIS
Prepare daily / weekly reports and maintain the sales pipeline.Share market intelligence, feedback, and competitor insights.Coordinate order closures with internal teams.Ensure accurate documentation and reporting.5. Customer Support
Address customer queries promptly.Ensure a smooth after-sales experience.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.Candidate Requirements
Education : Minimum Graduate (any stream)Experience : 2–3 years in sales, purchase, project management or site management in :○ Pre Engineered Building (PEB) industry
○ Metal roofing companies
○ LGSF industry
○ Steel building components
○ Dry wall, cement board, pre-fabricated houses, POP works
Skills Needed
